Pedestrian Accidents in Pennsylvania
Pedestrians are the most at-risk and vulnerable parties on our roads throughout Pennsylvania every year. This is due to the fact that pedestrians have no protection from harm in the event of an accident. In 2020 alone, it was reported that approximately 2,831 total pedestrian accidents happened within the state. These accidents can typically be prevented when drivers pay close attention to what is happening around them on our roads. Pedestrian accidents can be incredibly severe in nature, especially when children are involved. Children are not always aware of what is happening on the roads around them, which is why they are more likely to be injured or even killed in an accident. If you have been hurt in one of these accidents, you should have the help of an attorney on your side.
