Philadelphia, PA (September 1, 2026) – A person was struck by a dirt bike near Broad Street and Poplar Street in Philadelphia on Monday night, August 31.
Emergency units responded to the area, and the person was taken to Temple University Hospital. The person was reported to be in stable condition.
