Philadelphia, PA (September 8, 2026) – On Monday, September 7, a man that was riding an e-bike was involved in a collision with another vehicle on Cottman Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police, the crash happened around 7:24 p.m. as the man traveled eastbound on Cottman Avenue and struck the passenger side door of a Toyota Corolla that was turning left onto Brous Avenue.
He was left with head trauma and internal injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition. The man and woman riding in the Corolla were not wounded in the wreck.
The wreck remains under investigation.
