Easton, PA (February 2, 2022) – Two individuals sustained injuries in a rollover accident that took place on a roadway in Easton on Wednesday morning, February 2.
According to officials, the accident happened around 9 a.m. on 25th Street. A sedan and an SUV were traveling in the area when they suddenly collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. This caused the SUV to roll over in traffic. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result of the accident.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other local responders were called to the scene to help those with injuries. One of the involved drivers had to be extricated from their vehicle by fire crews. Both of the drivers were rushed to local hospitals for treatment of unknown injuries.
Due to the severity of the collision, the roadway was blocked in the area for about an hour and a half. This led to delays in the area for some time.
