Glen Mills, PA (March 23, 2022) – Injuries were reported in a car crash that took place at an intersection in Glen Mills on Wednesday morning, March 23.
According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened around 8:50 a.m. at the intersection of US-1 and Thornton Road. Police confirmed that two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the crash sustained severe damages as a result of the crash.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
Due to the severity of the collision, the roadway was blocked in the area for some time. Police quickly worked to clear the scene so traffic could return to normal.
