Gloucester Township, NJ (February 14, 2022) – On Monday evening, February 14, a car crash with injuries took place in Gloucester Township.
According to local officials, the collision happened around 7:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of NJ-42 around the area of Blackwood-Clementon Road. Several vehicles were traveling in the southbound lanes when one or more suddenly lost control, causing the vehicles to forcefully collide with each other. The involved vehicles were badly damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were called to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment.
Due to the severity of the collision, the roadway was fully blocked in the area for some time. Police urged those in the area to use caution until the scene was cleared.
