School Bus Accidents in New Jersey
School bus drivers are supposed to be some of the safest drivers on our roads in New Jersey. This is due to the fact that these drivers are expected to get children from one place to another as safely as possible. However, every year, bus accidents continue to occur due to the reckless acts of others. According to recent statistics taken in the U.S., over 479,000 school buses provide transportation to children every single year. When these accidents occur, they are capable of causing catastrophic harm to those involved. If you have been hurt in a bus accident caused by another party, you should speak with an attorney who has your best interests in mind.
The aftermath of a school bus crash can impact your life in a variety of ways. You may have questions that only a skilled and resourceful attorney will be able to answer. For instance, what evidence do you need to prove that another party is at fault for your accident? What deadlines will you be required to meet when it comes to moving forward with a claim?
