Mountville, PA (January 4, 2022) – Police confirmed that a three-vehicle collision with injuries took place on a major highway in Mountville on Tuesday afternoon, January 4.
According to officials, the accident happened around 1:30 p.m. on US-30 around the area of North Donerville Road. Officials reported that three vehicles were involved in the accident. One vehicle was headed westbound when it suddenly collided with two vehicles headed eastbound due to reasons that are still under investigation. The vehicles involved in the accident were badly damaged as a result.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those with injuries. Three people were injured between the three vehicles. The unidentified parties were treated, though their current conditions are not yet known.
Eastbound traffic was blocked in the area close to Centerville Road. Police were finally able to clear the scene around 2 p.m.
