Philadelphia, PA (February 20, 2022) – On Sunday morning, February 20, a car crash with injuries took place on a roadway in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police, the accident happened around 5:55 a.m. on Race Street around the area of Logan Square. Two or more vehicles were traveling on the road in the area when they suddenly collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged as a result.
Several responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were immediately dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the collision. The injured parties, who have not yet been identified, were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
The roadway was blocked in both eastbound and westbound lanes of Race Street around the area of 17th Street. Police quickly worked to clear the scene.
