Philadelphia, PA (April 7, 2022) – At 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon, April 7, a car accident with injuries took place at an intersection in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia Police, the accident occurred at the intersection of 61st Street and Elmwood Avenue. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they entered the intersection at the same time, forcefully colliding with each other. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
Several local responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were dispatched to the scene to help those in need. One or more victims were taken to local hospitals for treatment, though their conditions are not yet known.
