Philadelphia, PA (April 26, 2023) – Just after 11:30 p.m. in the late evening hours of Wednesday, April 27, a multiple-vehicle crash that resulted in possible injuries took place in the greater Philadelphia area.
The Philadelphia Police Department determined that the accident happened on eastbound I-76, close to Exit 341 for Montgomery Drive and Highway 13 westbound. Two automobiles collided for reasons yet unclear, leaving at least one person injured.
A large number of emergency personnel, including medics, firemen, and others, were sent to the area in case anybody was hurt. However, the conditions of the wounded and the extent of their injuries are unknown.
Exactly what led up to the crash is still being looked into by the PPD, which is also seeking witnesses at this time.
