Philadelphia, PA (March 12, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident in the Washington Square area ended in injuries early Saturday morning, March 12.
Just after 12:35 a.m., the Philadelphia Police Department and firefighters were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Spruce Street.
Reports from authorities indicate that a collision between a white sedan and an unknown number of additional vehicles occurred on Spruce Street in the area of South Broad Street. The incident blocked the right lane of traffic, causing some delays in the area.
Paramedics were requested at the scene of the accident to provide medical care to injured victims. At least one person was transported to a local hospital where they underwent further medical treatment of injuries.
