Philadelphia, PA (July 30, 2026) – A woman lost control of her sedan and hit a gas pump in the West Oak Lane section of Philadelphia on Wednesday night, July 29, hurting herself and a male passenger.
It happened on the 7100 block of Ogontz Avenue. Police said the woman was driving when she lost control of the vehicle and struck the pump.
She and her passenger were taken to Jefferson Einstein Hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries was not immediately known.
Police are still trying to determine what caused the crash.
