Claymont, PA (April 2, 2022) – A multi-vehicle collision with injuries took place on a major highway in the Claymont area on Saturday evening, April 2.
According to local officials, the accident happened in the southbound lanes of I-495 around the area of Exit 5 to Philadelphia Pike and Highway 3 at 10:30 p.m. Several vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not yet known. The vehicles involved in the accident were extensively damaged and had to be towed from the scene.
