Injuries from Car Crashes in Pennsylvania
Automobile accidents may happen at any time of day or night in Pennsylvania, with some being more serious than others. Accidents involving motor vehicles account for tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of emergency room visits and hospitalizations, and in some cases, fatalities, every year.
Nearly 60,000 people were hurt in car accidents in Pennsylvania last year, according to official statistics.
Multiple factors, such as driver inattention or impairment, excessive speed, or careless maneuvering could have contributed to this collision. Large roads and thoroughfares like the Interstates 76 and 95 are common places for these accidents to take place.
Getting hurt or losing a loved one in a car crash that could have been avoided is, to put it bluntly, one of the worst things that can happen to you. It’s not uncommon for victims to be confronted with a barrage of tough questions after the incident has concluded. If you were in an accident and someone else was at fault, what kind of proof would you need, for instance? How much time do you have to gather evidence and facts before any applicable deadlines?
