Pedestrian Accidents in Pennsylvania
According to data collected from Pennsylvania traffic analysts over the last year, rear-end crashes are the second most prevalent kind of car accident. More than 20,000 incidents each year involving several vehicles are reported in Pennsylvania, so drivers there should exercise extra caution.

Unsafe driving is a common contributor to the occurrence of accidents. Cars that do not pay attention to the traffic signals are the most common cause of rear-end collisions in the state of Pennsylvania. There are occasions when it is simple to determine who is at fault in a rear-end collision, but there are other situations when the situation may be more confusing.
When two vehicles collide either from the rear or head-on, the speed of the vehicle that initiated the accident is a significant factor in determining the severity of injuries sustained by the victims. The majority of rear-end crashes take place when one driver abruptly stops, causing the vehicle in front of them to careen into the traffic that is going from the other direction.

Should you get injuries as a result of a rear-end accident, the reckless driver is obligated to pay for your medical expenditures as well as your missing wages. In the event that a policyholder is permanently incapacitated as a result of a vehicle accident, the insurance company may make an effort to avoid paying for the policyholder’s long-term care, as well as lost income and prospective earnings in the future.
