Philadelphia, PA (March 29, 2022) – On Tuesday evening, March 29, injuries were reported in a car accident on a major highway in Philadelphia.
According to Philadelphia officials, the accident happened in the eastbound lanes of I-76 at the Montgomery Drive exit, close to the area of Girard Avenue. Two or more vehicles were traveling in the area when they collided with each other due to reasons that are not entirely known. The involved vehicles were badly damaged as a result.
Numerous responders, including paramedics and fire crews, were called to the scene around 7:15 p.m. to help those in need. One or more victims sustained injuries as a result of the accident. The injured parties were taken to local hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
